Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by TiTree by phone or e-mail.

A full refund of the deposit, less AUD$50.00 administration fee if the cancellation request is made prior to 14 days before the booking arrival date.

The deposit is forfeited if the cancellation request is received within 14 days prior to arrival.

No refund of the full amount of your accommodation if the cancellation request is received less than 3 days prior OR in the event of non arrival or early departure.

NB. 1.75% surcharge is on all debit & credit cards including AMEX, VISA and Mastercard.
